I think Alan Major would be a good hire. Forgive me if this has already been covered, but has anyone mentioned Ron Niekamp from the University of Findlay? He has been a long time local coach who is highly succesful in the smaller circuit. I could see him moving up to Bowling Green and being very succesful. He has well-established recruiting ties in the midwest and is a proven winner. I wonder if he is even being considered.

Just like the "Niekamp should be head coach". Gotta have a sense of humor to even understand that one!! I laugh everytime someone mentions it!!!
