Yup, that's one damned fine recruiting class. The 09-10 team is something to look forward to.

I think we'll have a very, very solid team this year, too!

17-19 wins, anybody?
Why not 20?

How many guys have ever REALLY scored with their back to the basket? I've tried and its hard even with no one guarding you. I mean you can't see the thing.

I think we can get 20 wins this year. We actually have bodies on the bench now. That was sort of our problem last season our lack of depth. With so many upperclassman coming back Brown, Thomas and Calhoun can gain some confidence early which will help later in the year.

I'm so jacked for basketball to start I might just go over to AA after work tonight and take a seat in the stands and just wait for the season to start.

You remember dad's faorite horse shot... that was from BEHIND his back, but his back wasn't TO the basket... so I guess that doesn't count.

I remember Michael Jordan scoring with his back to the basket... he smacked his right wrist with his left hand while flipping the ball back over his head... money.

Try scoring from behind the basket...that's the real trick.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Oh that's easy, you just need to have the ball bounce gently on the top of the backboard once, and it falls in every time.

Doesn't count. At least in the NBA and I think in college. Bird did it in a game once and basket was waived off.

I think LeBron hit a game winner off the baseline that probably shouldn't have counted, but they didn't waive it off.

It's definitely not supposed to count if the ball travels over the backboard.

Your dad alwasy got me with a little drive across the lane and a sudden spinning fadeaway-of course I'd usually lit him up for twenty by then but it still irked me that I could never stop that shot....
