OSU
Re: OSU
I just don't see that at all. We haven't had a single look as open as any of OSU's threes.
We haven't had more than maybe one shot off of a pass. Every single shot is of the dribble in traffic. Of course your shooting sucks when you're not creating anything.
And shouldn't be a surprise that plowden and Diggs have regressed. Neither has ever been able to create their own shots consistently, and they were never asked to be the best players on the floor before.

Re: OSU
After a summer of high hopes, this team is severely disappointing. I don't recall a BG team looking this bad coming out of the gate. I half wonder if bookies got to some of our guys.

Re: OSU
This is exactly it. Dude can't coach. Recruited the best scorer in school history and still was mediocre. Now that we don't have somebody capable of just creating shots every night we look like we've never seen a ball before.
Re: OSU
BG is going to be eaten alive in the MAC this year too. All the good teams in the MAC are looking even better this year than they were last year, and even the bad ones look much improved. We are in store for a long, long season.
GO BG!!!

Re: OSU
So, if the resources exist to only get rid one coach, who is it? Huger or Loeffler?
The longer the walk, the farther you crawl.
Re: OSU
I don't think the resources exist for either but I'll play.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 15, 2021 7:23 pm So, if the resources exist to only get rid one coach, who is it? Huger or Loeffler?
I think loeffler is worse at his job. But Huger is the bigger failure.
He's been here for 7 years.
He's NOT anywhere near the lowest paid coach in the conference.
He doesn't have the lowest budget in the conference
Of course I'm also biased and a much bigger basketball fan than football.

Re: OSU
It makes no sense that we are this bad.
