Frankly, there is a balance to these things. The better the sound is for concerts, the quieter it may be for basketball games.

I have no idea how the architects are playing this question.

From what I have been told, concerts are not a factor. They want a lot of hard surfaces to make it LOUD!

Then that is exactly what they should do. Make the Stroh a loud place to play in.
