PJ Edwards commits to playing for BG next season. He was at UCF last season, as a 6’4 guard.

His stats aren’t impressive through 1 year, but Kansas fans are mad that they didn’t get him… so that’s interesting. He will have 3 seasons of eligibility remaining.

Edwards looks like he has very, very refine shooting mechanics. His release and body control is very consistent. His footwork is clean and simple. He goes straight up and his release is quick but not rushed.

He looks like a kid who had a great shooting coach and practiced his shot 1000x a day.

It’s a transfer from Southern Utah!

Jason Spurgin, a 6’11 center who has started every game the past 2 seasons and averaged 10 points per game last year. Shot 60% from the floor last season, so he seems efficient. And he’s from Australia, which is pretty cool.
