Those who do are careful not to put things out in the public that do not belong there. Let it go and trust that those who have influence in the department have made sure any wrongs have been righted.
Exactly this explosion could have been brewing since last season. We really do not know what happened after the game or what happens behind closed doors. I am confused if Bobby Knight did this he would be considered a molder of men and the face of a dying breed of coach. I was not at the game so I do not know what happened. But I do know coach Jackson because I played for him in high school. He would never intentionally punch, hit or slam a player for kicks. He loves what he does too much to jepordize it that easily. Do you people really think he will hit a player on local TV, in front of fans, in front of the president of the university and the AD. That sounds real smart.

Be careful with reckless assumptions like that, especially amongst all the insiders on this site.

off topic, but..
does She come to the games? I would see Dr. Ribeau or his wife at almost all the home games. I haven't seen her yet. Just wondering.

I've seen her at quite a few. She sits right behind the scorers table almost to the top row by the isle.

Hmmmm...did she have a better view of the altercation between coach and player than the fifty people who were right next to it and all saw something different? ;-)

She wasn't at the last game and we don't have 50 people right next to our bench. I don't know how your arena renovation turned out, but our seating is behind the bench. The only one literally right next to it altercation was transfer. Nice try though

You wouldn't know it from the variety of posters on here who all had the perfect angle on the incident. I was in a bank robbery once and the first thing the Feebs did when they showed up was seperate all the witnesses so they didn't cross pollinate and it was STILL amazing how many diffrent stories there were about the same incident.

And the arena renovation turned out spectacularly- I'm in Sec 103, row 4 seat 20 if you make the BG game. Stop on down and say "Hi". We actually have people sitting ON the floor (well, in chairs on the floor). Not sure how much they paid but they tend to have great haircuts and nice clothes. If we had let them shoot freethrows for Mo Lo we might have beat Rhode Island. :-D

Science has explained that time occurs differently for every single different space in the universe. Fifty people can watch the same event happen, like in you bank robbery, and each one of them them will see and interpret something different.

My science teacher in High school was also a coach and teased me with that logic when I disagreed with a call the umpire made at a baseball game.
Yeah right girl!

There's a general rule when it comes to rumors and hearsay...

Those who think they know will make sure everyone knows. Those who actually know laugh at those who think they do.

If someone has a "scoop" they're probably not going to broadcast it to the world because chances are they shouldn't have known that info to begin with.
