This team is NOT going to win the MAC Tournament

Usually look forward to the MAC tournament, but we’ll be in Fla. this coming week, so I’ll miss it. Had real hopes for this year, but things have bottomed out. We’ll need another push like last year if we can do it. Just don’t feel very confident.

When we get back, we have tickets for the NCAAs in CLE. Was hoping to see the Falcons there. I DID see the last BG team to get there.

Well, I said BG wasn't going to win the MAC Tournament on day one of the MAC season, and that just became a fact. Certainly not the way I saw it unfolding, but nonetheless, it indeed happened. BG will yet again remain the only team to have never won the MAC Tournament. Our chances of ending this winless 40-year drought next season will hinge on whether or not Justin Turner comes back, which I have a feeling won't happen. I hope I'm wrong. Anyway, here's the updated MAC Tournament Championship list:

If the NCAA finds a way to play the tournament at some point, I would guess they take Akron. That three-game slide at the end may loom very, very large.

We decided to cancel our Fla trip to my best friend’s place.. don’t know how many of you know about the Villages in Fla.,largest collection of 60 YR OLDS plus in US. Just didn’t seem logical place to visit now.
