No doubt, it's never too early to state that! We've lost six consecutive games to Toledo at Savage Hall and what better a time to end that streak. UT is right on our heels in the MAC standings and a loss to the Rockets and they would leap past us. We've got six MAC games remaining and only two of them are at home. I really think we need to split one of our next two which are games at Toledo and at Akron. I like our chances better against Toledo because we did beat them already, but the Rockets looked very good as they took Kent State behind the woodshed last night.

Well, since my lowly Bobcats sqeaked past Toledo at UT a few weeks ago like you all said, that certainly assures that BG will lose this game to the Rockets up there.

Actions speak louder than words, and right now, I'm enjoying the winning after telling you we were going to do it, and you guys are the ones eating crow after saying you'd win and you lost on your own court, which is becoming quite a trend. Look man, anyone on here can tell you that I am pretty much our men's team's biggest critic. I think that we have problems with coaching and have some talent deficiency, particularly at point guard. However, considering that we were picked to finish last in the East, I think the team has done okay. We've won some, and those that we have lost have been close for the most part. That's all I ever expected out of this team this season, and for you to rip our team like you have, I just don't get it. We weren't supposed to beat teams like Akron, Miami, or Kent State this year, and yet you rip our players for losing anyway. It's pretty redundant what you have decided to do on here.

Now if you were ripping on us because we were favored to win the conference and were stinking, that would be a completely different matter and I would understand that completely. In fact, that sounds exactly like your team, a team that doesn't play team basketball, has too many egos, and should be winning the conference but won't even get a first round bye, and will be soundly bounced in the MAC Championship, probably by Akron or Miami.

We were picked to finish last in the East last year and we won the MAC Tournament and went to the NCAA Tournament. We were picked to win the MAC again this year and we will. It's all about the MAC Tournament. We did it when we were real young and picked to finish last.
