Game predictions tonight? Do we have any chance at catching the Zippies on an off night? The last time they were in NE Ohio it turned out ok....how about more one big road win??? They need as many wins as possible right now.

I'm going to the game! I know the women's bball team has already left as well so maybe they will be in attendance, too. Hopefully it turns out to be a good game!

Akron is a tough team, however, I really think BG can steal a win tonight. They must contain the Akron guards to have any chance. I was going to go tonight then decided not to. Any time you can avoid a trip to Akron is probably a good idea.

I think Hammb will agree with me.. we enjoyed the view the last time we were at Akron at least.

Definitely...it's actually a pretty decent arena, IMO. One I'd gladly roadtrip to again, especially on a weekend. Not gonna do it on a weeknight with a late tipoff though, at least not when it's televised :)

25-35 Zips at half. Floyd with 13 points and the rest of the guys sleepwalk their way through the first half, particularly on the defensive boards, where Romeo and the Akron bigs and even the guards have ate us alive with a lot of second chance opportunities.

I'm not watching live, following on GameTracker at the Union lab, while the wife finishes up some work. Hopefully, I'm missing something that all of you our in TV land can describe better.

Samarco has 4 in limited action, Wright 0 and Mawi with 3 fouls already.

You pretty much hit everything. We can't rebound or make a layup. However, we are still only down 10, which is not bad considering how we played and Samarco only has 4 points. I'm hopeful for a second half run.

That's true BGGrad01,

We missed at least 5 maybe more in terms of layups in the first half. That comes down to being mentally/physically strong enough to finish at the hole and confidence.

44-61 . . . 8 minute media timeout . . . It's not getting any better, just checking up after trekking it home from the lab.

7:44 Left . . . Samarco and Wright have combined for 9 with Samarco pulling the goose-egg in the second half

Wright's up to 13 with 3:46 to play; 17 combined for our two "scorers."

Down 51-65 with 3:46 to play.

I thought Michael Reghi was going to build a shrine to Dakich during the second half.

62-77 . . . Samarco with 4 . . . on 1/6 shooting from the floor and 2 FTs.

Floyd with 19 and Wright with 15 with 10 coming in the last 6:00.

No other Falcon performances are worthy of mention.

Rebounds were 27-42

And this one was never really in doubt from midway through the first half on.

Moten, Clements, Freeman, Phillips and Guerin all played. Postgame should be worth a few memorable quotes.
