Doubleheader on Saturday

Post by FalconFanKM »

How many people will be attending both games this Saturday? I know I will be there, just wondering if anybody will be there along with my amish beard...

I'll be selling 50/50 tix for the women's game and staying for the men's game as well. Then on to the IA for hockey. Ooooh, a triple header!

Let's go 3-0 that day!

Sorry, but I have lost all faith in this team. My son has a CYO tourny game in Toledo at 12:30 and we will not be rushing around trying to make over to AA. :-\

Mike,
Joyce and I are coming in too....plan to see both Bball games, go to the alumni pizza party, then on to hockey (but I'm gonna be a "bachelor" for hockey as she wants to visit with her daughter)... did you get the mailer on the alum party? Either way, it should be a great sports day in BG!

That's what I'm shooting for too, to do the Tripleheader: women's hoops, men's hoops, hockey. I hope we go 3-0!

Yeah, I'll be there for all three games, watching the women beat up on Buffalo, the hockey team probably beat Notre Dame, but the men get destroyed again like always.

C'mon man, how about some discretion for a change? I know we're all frustrated with the way things are going this year for the men's bball team, but every post you make takes a jab at the team. It's one thing to be disappointed, a complete other to take shots at them every chance you get.

Den,

I got the email but decided to skip this event. I think I'm gonna make a stop at the bookstore and just walk around campus in the cold. It's been a while since I've taken a stroll on campus. Prolly get over to the IA and drain a couple brews in the Center Ice Lounge before the game.

C ya this Saturday.

I'll be at both basketball games, but unfortunately I am scheduled to work at 8:00, so I'll have to miss the hockey game. I'm still planning on showing up beforehand and staying through as much of it as humanly possible though.
I definitely have to show up, if for nothing else than to show off my new jersey.

I'll Be There

Post by Red Wing Fan »

Both Basketball games and the Hockey game. Got season tickets for all three sports. Most looking forward to the Women's basketball - because you can always count on them to find a way to win.
Hockey - it all depends on which team decides to show up. Next year will be all Pooch's recruits playing and I'm optimistic that they'll start playing consistantly by then whether they are playing a ranked team or not.
Men's basketball - a big disappointment this year. Next year, I guess it depends on who returns and we REALLY could use a quick point guard that can score!!!!! ( PLEASE)
