Buck's record wasn't all that different from DD's.

Are either of the two mentioned in that article options for BGSU. Why do we pay so much less than Duquesne?

Cuz this university hardly has the dough the pay the ones we got. In all of Div1 .mid-major colleges we are probaly rank very low in paying athletic coaches. Its sad but don't know at the moment what we can do about it.

Actually, we're in line with the MAC and the bottom 2/3 of D1.

To answer two of the last couple questions. Yes, BGSU's pay is in line with most MAC schools (2 stand out from the "norm") but I can can't mention much more . . . sorry

As far as John Groce, with the signing of the "Thad Five," Groce will get a lot of run in the offseason . . . It is surprising to see the numbers that Duquense is willing to put together, but I'm sure at least Groce would get a lot of burn up here, although we can't come close to that kind of money.
