Former Players!!

Hey, dont know if this has been said or done but I had a thought and was wondering if anyone has done it...... Has anyone asked former players what they thought the problem was with the program or what could be done to make it better? I just ask that because they would know what goes on behind the scenes....... Just thought I would ask
