Just received this week SI and they have an article on average pro salaries/earnings highlighting each individual that has the average salary or earnings in all the major professional sports. Listed as the NBA's average person is AD at $5,000,000 per year. There is a half a page picture of AD with his highlights including college attended. Quote indicates that he attributes a lot of his success and longevity to staying healthy. BTW of the remainder of the athletes spotlighted, I had only heard of one other and that was the Texas Rangers' Kevin Mench.
