Banks and Williams get additional year and will both be back for UIC.

Wow, a lot tougher might be an understatement. The only team we play before them is DePaul so I really hope BG comes our ready to go this season. Between DePaul, UIC and Detroit, I think we are going to have some tough tests early on in the season that will show how good this team really is or can be. Even if we don't win the first few games, as long as I see potential in this team, I will be happy!!

BG's first three games are against teams from Illinois - Depaul, UIC and Bradley. I hope we can at least go 2-1 in those three games.

I forgot about Bradley. They might be tougher than expected and even Youngstown St. could be a fun game to watch. I've learned in the last year that there is no easy wins in basketball anymore. If one team wants it more than the other and have less-talented players, they can still easily win.

We should go to that game in BG colors and cheer with the Duke students!! I always wanted to be part of the Kamron Krazies!

Even if they're playing against UT, I could never bring myself to root for Duke.

[Corso]NOT SO FAST MY FRIENDS![/Corso]

First off, Metz...it's Cameron Indoor Stadium...not Kamron....sorry. Couldn't let that one slip by.

Second off, BGSUfan, I can see Tripp lighting it up against the Dukies. He's a scorer if he's in his groove and I don't think ANYONE could stop him when he's on...not even Duke. UT could get slaughtered, but Tripplet could still drop 30 on them.

Third off, I've always wanted to see a game at Cameron Indoor as well...but I don't think I'd waste the trip to see it be against UT.

Yeah, I was thinking they spelled it all with K's for Coach K though. My mistake!!!

Going to Cameron Indoor to watch UT play would be like wearing sweat pants to the Sistine Chapel

On our floor, we should be able to play with UIC, no matter who they have. I don't think Bradley is expected to be that strong.
