Any idea of what kind of uniforms we will be sporting this season?

I have to admit that the uniforms the last couple of seasons have been down right ugly.





On the other hand, the women's uiniforms have been much nicer looking.





But when you are winning championships your uniforms always look better. But I have to think Adidas could come up with something better for the men?

Not sure that is a fair comparison. You've got John Floyd in one and Kate achter in the other.

The pictures in the media guide have a "BG" in the "official font" where the V of the neck is on the jerseys... it's like a little plackard that fits right at the base of the V. That's all I can tell you at this point. That actually caught my eye though and I thought it looked pretty cool.

Those lines look a little squiggly. Did your photographic memory have a beer or two before it took that picture.

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to draw straight lines in Photoshop. LOL... or at least not on a 45% angle. I could do one vertical and one horizontal and then rotate it on a V, but it was still a 90% angle, didn't look like a jersey. lol

My Photoshop skills are lacking. Or my mouse handling skills... or just my skills in general...

I agree that the home unis last year were somewhat, um, crappy. And I don't understand why we would have two completely different designs for home and road unis. It seems like in order to create some kind of identity/unity, the unis would be the same, just reverse some colors.

Yeah, probably. I don't have the media guide here in my office (it's in my car though ) I still like my rendition of it better.

It'll be interesting to see if all that changes is the adidas trademark from the Nike Swoosh or if we get completely new uniforms?

My guess is we will do like the hockey team and have adidas patches sewn over the swooooooshes.

actually, i believe the agreement was that every sport was switching to adidas, except men's basketball.

You are correct. Men's hoops did not change.

Your drawing skills have improved greatly since you made the "ignore button".

I try to keep it simple by sticking to Crayolas, but they're awfully hard to clean off of the monitor.

Men's hoops has a one year pass and can use Nike. However, next year they have to switch.

I really don't like the vest-type jerseys. They are really wide and made all of the players look like they can't fill out their uniform.
I'm a bigger fna of the actual jersey time that the top half is not as wide so they fit the players better.
