I was glad to see the entire bowling green basketball team today at the hoops and halloween. Dakich introduced the entire team and I can tell you right now that we are a deeper and more athletic team this year. Our small forwards and power forwards are loaded with players which include, sullivan, dusan, miller, and marshall. We have a brand new 6'5 athletic point guard in Hamblet and the rest of the guards include: clemets, moten, samarco, sims, guerin and bland and at the center we have the 6'9 285 lb Otis Polk with Lefeld and Larson in the mix.
I was impressed with miller and sullivan's work ethic and samarco looks to be an improved player. Hamblet looks to give us the PG play that we have been missing for years and moten seems to have more confidence (hit some nice shots tonight). I look forward to watching this team improve throughout the year.

Just read the recap on the official site. Sounds like they really got the kids in attendance involved. Great PR, I'd say!
Thanks for the recap!

Fortunately, this is late October. By this point last year, V and JH had long bailed.

I think Vandermeer would have been perfect for this team.
