I know we mentioned him in another post, but this was in the Blade: Freshman Alvin Freeman, a 6-6 forward from Stone Mountain, Ga., has joined the BG men's basketball team as a walk-on. Freeman gives the Falcons 13 players on the roster. That total includes eight lettermen - including three starters - from last season's team, which finished 14-17 overall and 8-10 in the MAC.
Anyone know of his numbers in HS?

Freeman and Sullivan
I Googled Freeman good and I couldn't find squat. It's interesting that a kid would come all the way from GA to walk-on. Maybe he has a relative or brother up here going to school or even playing a sport.
Sullivan: this kid is no project. I'm very excited about him coming to BG. Anybody good enough to be top 10 in MI (OH, IN, PA, or IL, for that matter) is good enough to come here and instantly be part of the rotation. The 2005 MI class is supposed to be one of the best MI classes in years. This is an excellent verbal.
It would be really cool if DD could get his 5th verbal for the fall. I'm expecting him to go after a 6-2ish combo guard, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's going after the best-available-any-position.
