Ryan Sims' HS teammate Marques Johnson will transfer from Tennessee. It should be interesting to see where he ends up.

Neh. This kid was a nice recruit but no world beater.

If Miller and Moten keep playing well, who will beat out? (...he's hoping the Moten's last two games are not a fluke) If he's going to transfer to a mid-major, I would expect him to pick a school that does NOT have YOUNG talent at his position. Ball State or Valpo would be better choices.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't on any top 100 lists. He seemed to be borderline top 200. He'd be worth signing, but I won't blow my load if we do. Moten had similar credentials. Kool at WMU and Singletary at Kent had as good or better credentials coming out of HS.

DD has stated many times...well at least a few times, that he isn't big on guys moving down a league when transferring. It's ok to move up, but down is viewed as a sign of a problem.

What does Nate Miller think about that?

Nate Miller made a lateral move.. Nate was also heavily recruitied by Dan and was actually "supposed" to sign here initially.

What the hell? You don't even know our bbal history? It's 1968, superfan....anyway...I believe Dan was referring to conference as aopposed to schools. Giving him he benefit of the doubt, I'd say that the MAC is a close enough conference to the CAA (George Mason's flukey run aside ) to call it even...or pretty even...hell, take it up with Dan and quit pestering me :-)
