Just to let everyone know I spoke to Keith yesterday and the day of the trade. He is probably going to be on IR for the next couple of weeks because of the ab strain he has. Other than that he is doing well and happy to be closer to home.

Hey Cory, do you know Stell?? I shot him an email the other day Re: Keith and haven't heard back. He's usually quick to reply.
Thanks for dropping in and letting us know how Keith's doing. Please pass along our best and our pride!
How's things going in YOUR world?

Just a random note, Cory, if you haven't heard (or if you care), the Indy Alumni Chapter is having a "meet and greet" with the new AD Greg Christopher and women's AD Jana Blais (sp?) tomorrow at Champps at Keystone at 7pm. There is an RSVP list, but knowing the way they run things, just stopping by is cool, too.
Here's to hoping Keith gets healthy soon, I can't wait to see him on the floor with the Pacers!

I'd hope Keith McLeod is on that RSVP list from here on out too.

Im not sure that I know Stell, but I will let Keith know.
Thanks! I am doing good, no complaints on my end. Just trying to keep up with all my former teammates.

Agreed. The Indy alumni chapter does some fun things (happy hour the first Thurs. of each month!

), but even as an ancient '96er, I'm one of the "kids" of the group.

Hey thanks for the heads up, but I will be unable to make it. I am actually finishing up the paper work and closing on the new house I bought, which is in Richmond, IN. But if you could keep me posted on when these events happen in the future I would love to attend.

Not a problem. They meet at Champps (again at Keystone) the first Thursday of every month, from 5-7pm. The chapter head, Tom, is a 1957 grad and tries to stay in tune with the hoops program as much as anything (I believe he transferred to BG to play for Harold Anderson, but injuries kept him out.).
You may have also gotten a card about the wine and cheese party on Feb. 8. It's at an alum's house on Meridian Street and is a good time. PM me if you'd like more information on that, I can get you the contact info. It's a pretty good time, a bunch of alumni there, with an auction to benefit the chapter scholarship fund.
Congrats on the new house!
