Well Otis is gettin' a start tonight, let's hope he comes through and we can get a win over a team that's struggling more than us!

BG down 34-30 at the half. Hopefully we can pull it out in the second half. We REALLY need to win this game.

Yup, that is probably starting line-up #22 out of 24 games. Why would you start both Larson and Polk? Neither one can run the floor and neither one is an offensive threat. You cannot have two guys like that on the floor at the same time. :x

Oooh Oooh Ooooh. We're down by 17 with 6:20 to go! Let's see if we can lose by 20 to these guys. I can't stand the anticipation!

I beleive they outscored us 31-8 during one stretch in the second half. (if I can read gametracker correctly)

Sounds about right...we had only scored 7 points in the 2nd half somewhere around 12:00 in. Pathetic effort tonight, just pathetic.

Aaahhhhh. We go down to NIU by 22. What a relief!

It is Feb 7th. Would it be premature to declare this Falcon mens' basketball season effectively dead?

Perhaps those that were indignant in saying that the extremely weak OOC schedule was OK because it taught the team how to win, helped them gain confidence, etc, would like to weigh in? The lesson that wins over very bad teams don't make everything OK is a hard one to learn, I guess.

I'm very confused, because I saw shades of a competitive team against Kent, but when you're forever young, I suppose you're forever inconsistent as well. Hopefully we can keep the young core of this team together for once, and whoever the coach is next year can get more out of them.

It's a hard time to be a Falcon fan.

Ah, next year...the good news is everyone is back except Semarco and Lefeld...the bad news everyone is back except Semarco and Lefeld. If we don't laugh we'll cry!!
