To find a coach that has his team play an up-tempo style of basketball that will be more entertaining, put more people back in the stands, and hopefully win us some games.
Cheers

OK by me. I don't know why winning is "hopefully." I will settle for a coach that wins, because that will put people back in the stands. Up tempo would be a side benefit.

I love to watch a team run as much as the next guy, but running the floor is not what I want to see most (although I'd love to see it). All I want is, for the first time in a LONG time, for a BG team to look as though it has a clue on offense. Running the floor is great, but I'd settle to actually see us set up our half court offense to exploit mismatches.
I will not miss the piss poor excuse for a motion offense that we've been running for so long. Use the post, drive and kick, and for the love of god get a FREAKING POINT GUARD IN HERE!!!

Question... does tempo matter if you win?
Miami has had a .615 winning percentage under Coles and his system is super damn boring.
I hate the style... but many fans claim the winning percentage is worth it.

Winning is definitely important and I'd take Charlie Coles anyday as our coach!
But from a pure entertainment aspect people love to see full court pressure, running the floor, fast break dunks, etc. That's the only way I think we can build our fan base back up. If we still can't win at that at least it's more exciting to lose playing up tempo rather than watching us lose running the motion offense, which is quite possibly the most excruciating right thing up there with root canals and kidney stones

All I want is a point guard and some damn rebounding.
I also would like the new coach to have a hairstyle as entertaining as Dakich's.

Win. I don't care how. You could toss granny shots off of the old picket fence for all I care.
Fans will figure something to do for fun so long as the team wins.
