OK, so WHO are the names mentioned? Any stats etc.? And IF it's true that we've already got two verbals for '09, the new coaching staff is REALLY pumping away....(not that this early a verbal will hold up of course).

Rivals has these two kids listed on there database. They are Cortez Howell and Darren Goodson. They are both HS teamates from Cincinnati Aiken HS and played on the same AAU team All Ohio Red. Howell is a PG 6'1 160 and Goodson is a SF 6'4 185. No other stats were given on them.

These look like quality prospects. They're both top 20 players for their class in Ohio and top 500 nationally according to HoopScoop.

Darren Goodson is ranked 12th in Ohio and 210th nationally.

Cortez Howell is ranked 20th in Ohio and 438th nationally.

Fact that they're from Cinci seems to give the report creedence, yes?

Cortez the Killer is one of my favorite tracks on Neil Young's "Live Rust" so this bodes well for the Falcon hoopcagers
