weather question

What would it take for a game to be cancelled or postponed due to weather? Would it need to be a Level 3 emergency? Or, as long as both teams and the referees are in town, would they play it no matter what?

HIstorically, we have rarely cancelled a game. I would assume a level III would do it. I can remember a game against Miami we played when I was a kid in an absolute blizzard and Miami couldn't get home and had to sleep in the jail.

It had nothing to do with the snow. Once, again nobody qualified.
