Moten is shooting 3s at 45.9% with 1.9 attempts per game. Nobody in the MAC with more attempts per game has a better %. Moten's averaging 6.8 ppg.

There are a cluster of guys around 40% averaging 4.0 attempts or more:

David Kool, WMU, 40.7%, 5.9 apg, 15.2 ppg
Derek Drews, WMU, 40.4%, 4.7 apg, 8.2 ppg
Steve McNees, Akr, 40.3%, 4.1 apg, 6.8 ppg
Nick Dials, Akr, 40.3%, 6.2 apg, 12.7 ppg
Mike McKee, KSU, 39.0%, 3.9 apg, 7.3 ppg
Peyton Stovall, BSU, 38.9%, 3.8 apg, 13.9 ppg

Yo, Brian, you reading this? Do the math. You're one of the very best 3p shooters in the MAC. Play like it! You need to be putting up 2-4 more 3s per game. We need ya!

Or, better yet... you do what Coach Orr tells you to do, B-Mo. ;-)

I said all last year that I'd like to see B-Mo get more shots, but if he's getting looks in the flow of the offense really cannot complain. I think his average shots per game, might be a touch misleading since he wasn't playing many minutes at the beginning of the year.

For instance, just looking quickly in conference games he's shooting 3 per game and making an eye-popping 47.5%!! He's also averaging 11.3 ppg in MAC contests.

In short, I'd like to see Moten shoot more than his season numbers indicate, but I think looking at recent trends it's clear that coach Orr agrees and we're starting to see that now. Those stats are skewed because of earlier in the year when he was struggling to see the court.

Gah! No! I love Farley, and this is a big improvement over the rubinesque Homer Simpson you had up here a while back. That one was downright disturbing. I picked my avatar bc I wanted the weirdest one out here. If you're gonna change, find something weirder or, pleeze, give us more Jessica Alba. :)

If Jessica Alba is for you, you need to see "Good Luck Chuck".
