Take it with a grain of salt, it's not the MAC, just the MAC Report Online. Not sure how the MAC awards Freshman/Newcomer of the year, but nothing about this is official, even if it was end of the year awards. Agreed, a JUCO transfer is not the same as a freshmen. In Chris Knights case, we have a pretty old freshman. He is 21 years old already, and will be 24 his senior year. Many players are seniors at age 22. I think this is an incredible advantage for him.Redwingtom wrote:Tuesday, February 2nd?????
