Jo Jac had a great game, Nate Miller had a nice game from long range and we saw flashes of what could become in the future. Nice to get a win even against a bad UD team.

Nice to finally get a much-needed win again. Also nice to get this one on the road and to get a home game next year out of this matchup.

It was nice to be able to catch that game on the free Horizon League internet feed...Jo Jak was sweet and the way we were hitting threes was great.

Any particular reason why the Mid-American Conference doesn't have this? Seriously.

Joe's face after banking home that 3 was one of my favorite moments of the season. Also, is there a stat out there for personal fouls per minutes played? OP has got to be top five nationally.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Otis needs to control himself...I know he likes fouling and all, but seriously, Coach Orr needs to do something about this...For real.

So when does the next thread come out asking if we will win another game?

Why was Detroit favored by 4 if they were such a "bad" team?

Not to downplay our win, but keep in mind Detroit's leading scorer Jon Goode, who averages 19.3 ppg, did not play because of an injury.

Detroit isn't bad, they're terrible. They have 7 wins. According to the announcers on the video feed they were missing both of their starting guards.

Doesn't matter to me, because we won and we won handily. That's what you're supposed to do to teams like Detroit and we took care of business. We played quite well, actually, so no complaints here. I don't really care what the spread said Detroit was not a good team, and to argue that they are seems pretty stupid to me.

The announcer on the video feed annoyed me a little... he wasn't horrible, kept up with the game pretty well, but something about his voice that got to me. Oh, and that down the stretch, he read the time remaining all cute. "With Four and 21 to play..." Blah. Though it was funny, at one point, UDM made a bucket midway through the second half, and I swear he said "And that cuts it to two at 60-45."

I'm just mad that the video froze up for a moment when Madlock was going up for that jam at the end. Looks like he got up REAL quick.

I repeat, even with those 2 guys out, Detroit was favored by 4. Everybody here sounds like they should have bet their house on us winning, eh? Nice try.

Chris Knights offense may have went away since the beginning of the year, but his rebounding all year has been outstanding 12 boards today. I imagine that he will put on some muscle in the off season. He has a huge upside. That in combination with Joe Jac's evolution as a point gaurd still excites me over the next three year....

I caught that too TG...I laughed a little when that happened...he was doing that "With 5 and 15 left to play" pretty much the whole time...announcers have to find a stamp to put on things...it's something that seperates him from other announcers.
