Hi Falcons fans, I'm looking forward to the tip-off of hoops season next Saturday in Chicago. As many of you have heard DePaul will be without the services of power forward Quemont Greer. What can we expect to see from the Falcons? Is Reimold as good as I hear? Feel free to visit the DePaul fans at www.WeAreDePaul.com.
Regards,
BBD

Thanks for the warm welcome and invite. Its a nice change to the marshall and toledo fans that troll our boards.

Im really debating making the trip to this game, its not a weekend that I planned to be home, and if I did, id have to give up hockey, so its kind of a toss up. What are the facilities like there? Im sure they are nice, but I dont really want to make the trip and spend the money if I am forced to sit up in the nosebleed section or somethi like that.

I'm going! Isn't that reason enough to be there? Oh...that and it's CHICAGO!!! The greatest city in the WORLD!!! And BG hoops IN Chicago... against a program with the history of DePaul...in the Rosemont Horizon... oh MAN, it's gonna be heaven!

Yeah, you can sorta see Chicago from Rosemont. I was thinking about making the road trip before, but I just spent the past weekend in Rosemont.

Thanks. On ticket availability for the game, the lower level between the baskets is pretty much sold out to season ticket holders. You should have no difficulty getting tickets for either the corner sections or behind the baskets in the lower level. Good to hear some are making the trip to Chicago.

However, we can't go because we are going to EMU that day! And you have a concert at like 6pm Jeff!

Just a reminder to everyone who has Directv or satellite TV. The BG-DePaul game is on FSN Chicago (639?) at 2pm. So everyone can flip between the b-ball game and the EMU-NIU game at 1pm on CSNC (640).

I think dish network works much like Directv. If your uncle has their sports package, you should be able to watch the game. On top of BG-Depaul and NIU-EMU being on TV, I think Miami-Akron are on later on FSN Ohio and ESPN Gameplan at 6pm. It should be a good TV weekend.
