This is what Falcon basketball ought to be. Competitive, fun and winning.
What a scene after the game with the Falcons gathering around the Strohs for the alma mater and then doing a huddle break over them.

Absolutely the best they've played in a LONG time.

JoJak & B-Mo were outstanding, and we also dominated on the boards. Great all around team win.

I love this line from the official release at http://bgsufalcons.cstv.com/sports/m-ba ... 08aab.html
More information will probably be available later, although it's a busy day, so you never know.

AA was electric today. Alive for the first time in a long time. That waa the best college basketball experience that I've had at AA since the Stacey-McLeod years.

I like how we close out the season with a great win and the announcement of the $8M gift. This was a special day for Falcon basketball, maybe even an inflection point?

I can't believe there weren't even 1,500 people there...Maybe this win will start bringing more people to AA...oh wait...the home schedule is over...maybe it will get more people to Cleveland? I know I'm gonna try to get to the Q for the 1st round!

Since the Freaklings and I couldn't be there today, I will be at the Q when the BG men and women play...as long as they survive.

This was one of the signature wins for this season! Great job by Coach Orr and the Falcons! Great way to cap off a fantastic day for BGSU! Let's hope this continues across campus to the Ice Arena tonight!

This could be the win that builds for next year but I'm still hoping for at least a modest run in Cleveland to build a little more excitement.

Too bad more people couldn't be there but those of us that were lucky enough to witness the future unfolding in front of our eyes should embrace the moment. So many good plays by so many different people was the key.

Actually, I thought it was a very nice crowd, considering no students to speak of, and the place looked pretty full.

Boy am I glad knee surgery made this the first time I've seen this team in person! :D

The highlight of this game for me was Nate Miller. His attitude at the end of the game kept the team motivated and playing harder than they had all game. He reminded me of Kate Achter and her killer instinct. THAT is how you win basketball games! And to think, everyone is coming back next year along with some killer recruits? Man is this team going to be fun to watch the rest of the way out this year and the next.

Is it just me, or are these guys starting to "get it," in terms of Orr's system? If he isn't the MAC COY, I want a recount.
