Falcons try to finish off their non-conference schedule with a W.....
I simply can not understand why Larson still gets playing time.... I would rather play with a small line-up that is more athletic... I do not like to be critical but come on....
Now that I said this he will probably go for 20 pts and 10 boards...
...but 5 pts in his last three games and he is starting

and he is slow on "D" I just do not understand.. maybe someone can enlighten me

Fordham with 41 substitutions - in the first half.
BG down by 3 at the half.

DC... gets taken out of the game... pushes an assistant and storms off the court....great.... might as well bring DD back ... what is wrong with these kids get some self control

Hmm....unbelievable. Seems these problems again stem from all of DD's recruits. I'm tellin' ya , it may be a long dreary haul until graduation and time has cleaned house of the past and this team is comprised entirely of Orr's recruits. Sad but that's what I'm seeing.

i just got word from someone working at the game that clements has left the building entirely...i'm not really sure what went on, but i don't expect to have him back...
more importantly though, we're up by 10 with 8 minutes left 55-45

If you push a university employee ... a coach,,,, you should not only be kicked off the team but the deans office should be talking with DC

good win today for BG...even though i think fordham is a lesser opponent, the whole DC thing had to be a big distraction and they held together. i'm looking forward to moving on to conference play

You have got to be kidding me! This is exactly the kind of thing we need heading into the MAC portion of the schedule.

I was at the game, it seemed to me like it was more the coach going after the player than vice versa. However, Clements took off his jersey and walked off the court. Not good for either the player or coach to have that happen during a game. That was bad!!!!!!!

I'm glad we got a win today, even though it was kind of a sloppy game. The whole Darryl Clements issue was surprising to watch. Has Clements had any team/coach problems in the past?

I hope we don't see DC again. The loss of athleticism and good defense will hurt, but it won't hurt at all compared to what that kind of poison does to a team. Any idea which coach he pushed?

I think it was coach Jackson that was getting into it with him. As I said at the game I don't think there is any player on the team that I'd really cry about if they left right now. If I were the coach he'd be gone and that'd be that.
On a happier note Nate Miller (FT's not withstanding) played a really good game today. Knight did a real good job on the boards, and B-Mo had a real good second half. Fordham is not a good team, but they were very athletic (and young). They didn't seem to have much direction, and I don't think their coach helps by changing the lineup every 5 seconds. Still they brought a lot of athleticism to the table, and we came out with the win. That athleticism is what led to a TON of fouls by BG, I could see that being a problem as we go into the conference season.
