Cameron Madlock transfers to JUCO in Texas

Post by BGSU33 »

From the ST:

MADLOCK GONE: Cameron Madlock, Orr's first recruit at BG, has transferred to a junior college in Texas.Madlock played in 16 games as a freshman for the Falcons last season, scoring 16 points and adding 18 rebounds while seeing a total of 80 minutes of action. He was suspended at the start of the current season and did not appear in a game for the Falcons. "We talked and he decided it was best to transfer. Sometimes you need opportunities to get on the court and establish yourself," Orr said. "I wish him the best ...You have to mature and learn and Cam's a bright young man and he will. He'll be fine."

Good luck to him! Did I see him carrying a baby at one of the games?

No it didn't, and that was a copy of the entire part of the article about him.

Hate to see that, but if it's what's best for Cameron I wish him the best.

To those who get this stuff: what will happen to his scholarship? To late to recruit the spot for next year?

Lee College is in Baytown, right outside of Houston. They are in our region or conference, and only have a mens team. As far as the scholarship, BG can sign someone for next year, his transfer frees up a scholarship.
