4 MAC teams in the postseason, one in all 4 tournaments

The MAC landed a team in each of the four postseason tournaments this season:
Akron in the NCAA Tournament vs. Gonzaga
Bowling Green in the NIT at Creighton
Buffalo in the CBI at Wichita State
Kent State in the CIT at Oakland

Poor Miami..i'm going to cry for them...or something...
I agree that Kent didn't have any business being chosen over Miami, but i think it's more of a name recognition than anything. Not that Miami is a name to laugh it, just recent history gives Kent the edge so that'd be my guess.

If he wasn't, I'll include them in my version of the same statement. Creighton is probably the best team in the entire NIT. TOUGH draw. The only way I see us winning is if they don't show up to play because they're so bummed about missing out on the big dance.

Yes. Not to sound pessimistic, but this was probably the worst draw we could have gotten. I will be very surprised if we pull off such a huge upset

Miami is Crap warmed over... the team peaked in January.

BG and Akron both did the MAC proud. Tough year for the conference. Next year will be better.
