Sweet sixteen

Since we are in the third round of WNIT where it down to 16 teams. Do we get to say we are in the sweet sixteen or is this unique to NCAA? Do we get to put Sweet sixteen or round three on the banner? Will be nice to say elite eight or final four after we win the next couple of fames or even champion.
