Basketball Banquet

Post by BGorDeath »

In case anyone was wondering, the basketball banquet was last night. They served tossed, pasta and fruit salads, bread, steamed green beans, redskin potatos, Califonia mix, roast beef and chicken. At your table, you either had coconut cream pie or chocolate cake. Iced tea was also available.
I like that steak comes from cows. That is why a cow will not think twice about eating you.

I was tossed from a banquet once ... I believe the iced tea at that banquet was brewed on Long Island :-D

i didn't like the potatoes very much. but everything else was nice. Good seeing some people I won't see until next fall again though and pretty good program to a great season.

I was at Xavier University for a college fair. Would have loved to have been there.

Oops. Tossed salad, not get your salad tossed.

Took me a second to decipher but the form is correct- three salds: tossed, pasta and fruit.

What are salds? I didn't know there was one of them...three is just incredible!

You need to read the Food Forum more often. There are not just three salds but dozens. Pasta, tossed and fruit are good but my personal fave is armadillo sald. Its great by itself or with a nice tossed salad. Hammb can turn you on to the best beer to go with various salds and Grant makes a nice, peppery sald- there's a recipe in there somewhere.

Should we just start a whole new forum for typos? We may need to eventually
