Sounds very promising! Hope this is the first of some great signings for Coach Orr's team. This kid seems like he would be a good field general in a very uptempo style of play.

I was trying to think of the basketball player from there. Charles Share, perhaps? Hmmm... Someone big, IIRC.

Awesome to hear.

I hope he comes as advertised. The single biggest weakness on this team in the last 8 years has been the inability to find a guard who could create...be it for himself or his teammates. Hopefully this kid will be ready to play right away and light it up in the first year of the new house :)

Yeah, I think Mike Miday was Canton Timken. Trivia...Miday started his career at Indiana (my alma mater), actually starting a few games for Bob Knight then transferred to BG in 1980 or 1981. We've had a couple of good players from Canton McKinley including one of my all time favorites, David Greer, and Keith McLeod. I want to say that Anthony Robinson (late 80's) was a Canton product too but I can't be sure.

Anthony Robinson was a product of McKinley. David Greer in my opinion was the best point guard to wear a Falcon jersey. Debate all you want just stating my view. He made a difference day one.

According to today's Blade article, Keith McLeod is from Timken. I thought Keith was from McKinley....

McLeod was from McKinley, as was David Greer who I agree was the best pure point guard to play at BG.

Clark seems like a great recruit. I may drive down to see him play this year.

He's our first commit who will not play in AA.

McLeod's high school coach at McKinley, Dave Hoover, is a BG alum.
