There's a media event tomorrow at 3 for the installation of the big bird... an interior walk-through will follow. I'm sure there will be video from the local TV stations and most likely the university themselves on their YouTube channel. I can't be there as I have work commitments I can't get out of. Grrr....

I am just outside the parking lot of the Stroh right now. The S is on the building with them working on the T. I could be wrong but it looks like they are painting these on as the T is definitely a stencil. Unless the are going to put something on top of it. Either way it is starting to look impressive. The grassy area east of the Doyt is looking good as well. Just a few more hours until the last tip off in AA.

I got a closer look. They are not painted. Just very low profile letters so they do not stick out very far from the building and there is plenty of room to fit 'Center'

They actually go up in two parts... the "stencil" is kind of the first layer and then the bright-white inner letter goes on top. I think it'll provide a great look when they're lit!

So the building is not facing Wooster? I assumed it would but there looks like there is a sunoco behind it and Big Boy is its left?

The "face" of the building (where the STROH CENTER words are being installed) faces east...

the Falcon sculpture has arrived..... I zoomed in on the OxBlue cam and sure enough it is sitting next to Wooster and it's "perch".

Does anyone know if these letters will light up like the ones on the football stadium?

The BG logo is actually on both the Wooster and Alumni Drive sides of the arena.
