MAC seedings

With BG losing tonight to Akron, BG is now the 8th seed. Just think, 10 days ago we were in first, and now we are 5th in our own division. BG and Buffalo are tied at 7-5, as well as Akron and BSU but BG loses the tie breakers when you go to multiple teams tied. If it were just BG and UB tied we would win that head to head but throw in the other teams and we slip to #8 seed.
If season ended tonight we would play #9 seed Ohio. We still would host a home game as of tonight. We play OU next Wed and this game is now HUGE.

My bad, we are currently #7 seed. If we were to lose to OU we could fall to #8 depending on those tie breakers as we would have then split with OU. We still have a 2 game cushion over CMU / EMU so we are locked into no worse than a #8 seed until next weekend

Long way to go...right now, this team needs to take a good, hard look in the mirror.

Things change when you don't get to play Toledo, Eastern Michigan, or Northern Illinois every night.

Long hard look in the mirror and a short memory. The home loss really hurts, but you can't play in the rear-view mirror.

I think they should pick themselves up by their bootstraps because a journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step.
