According to the BG game notes, the Falcons' seeding for the tournament will be #7 with a win or #9 with a loss. If they host, the opponent would be Northern Illinois. A loss and it's back to Central Michigan. Not as complicated as I had anticipated.

If we are the #7 seed we then go on to face the #2 seed, which is the West champ. Ball State or Western. If we are the #9 seed we will face the #1 seed, which will be Miami or Kent, whom you don't want to face in the Quarterfinals. Let's get the win tomorrow so that we will be the #7 seed. We match up well with Ball State. and if it is Western, well I would take WMU over KSU or MU

I'm assuming that the men's brackets are set up in the same manner as the women's....that being said, you're assuming that, as the 7 seed, we'll play Ball St..... but we'd have to beat the #10 on Tues. nite FIRST, before we could go on to the Q. Pretty sure that's the way it would work as the women will play the winner of the 7/10 game between NIU and OU.
