Better attendance tonight

We had 2,359 in attendance for Bluffton. Not bad for a Wednesday night game against a non D-I school. If we keep winning, and I hope we do, I think the crowds will start getting better and better. But tonight's total is a nice step up from the 1,500 and 1,600 we had against UIC and Bradley.

Student turnout was pretty good tonight -- not sure if that was because they are becoming fans or if it was because they knew they would get free fries. Either way, numbers are going up and the crowds during the MAC season should be pretty good. Bluffton brought quite a few fans and students that bumped the attendance up tonight as well.

I was going to comment on the number of fans that Bluffton had. It seemed like everyone in the upper deck behind the basket was Beaver fans. They weren't loud or anything, just numerous.

And hey, lets give them credit, their Beavers didn't stink up the gym.

I'd take that #44 on my team, DD in the post game was giving them a ton of credit.

If you have seen "Super Size Me" I think you'll agree and hope that the students aren't showing up for the fries. . .
