No news ???

Post by BleedOrange »

Well, we're well into the spring signing period and we've heard nothing!

This lack of news strongly indicates that we have had no defections and all 13 scholarship commitments for next year are still in place. :)

Stability, unity, cohesiveness, and player tenure - these are good things that bode well for next year and reflect well on the coaches.

Wishful thinking on my part. This guy was recruited by BG before he signed with MSU.

This kid's name was brought up a week or so ago, along with a similar article IIRC.... no news as to WHERE he might go...if it's to a D-1 school/// he'd have to sit a year...which would work out for us if he were to decide on BG.

It's reported he is going to ND. They were one of his final choices when he committed to MSU. Dayton was in the mix for a while, but, he wanted to play in the Big East.

According to the article "struggled at times against the speed and strength of big men in the Big Ten." I can't see that moving to the Big East will solve that problem.
