One again another piss poor performance. I know EMU is in first place but there is no way we should play this poorly. We are no longer a young team. We cannot have 20 turnovers and shoot 50% from the line. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I SAID BEFORE THE SEASON STARTED IT WAS TIME FOR A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.

Orr needs to be replaced. We need someone with passion. The team is lathargic just like our coach standing on the sidelines. Our end of game last possessions, well I have seen high schools run better shot selections. PATHETIC

Jordan Crawford kicks the scorers table. Really? I can not put into words how little I think of that guy as a basketball player. The STO announcers were in love with him. I just don't get it!!!

My wife decided to join me tonight at the game and she does not watch much basketball but by the first 5 minutes she was even telling me how pathetic we were playing. This game was horrible to see in person! The whole ally op thing NEEDS TO STOP! You would think that after the first 5 missed trys they would get the hint but low and behold they kept trying! Even the EMU student section was chanting 1 for 6 you suck about the ally op attempts! I also saw that their dance team seemed a lot better and reminded me of the dance teams of the early 2000's late 90's. The place felt so empty! We sat in the upper deck and there were only a few other people up there! Good for seating selection. I also noticed that there were A LOT of blind spots up there as well where you could only see part of the floor. Would hate to be sitting there in a packed house! Seeing this place made me feel A LOT better about our arena. Both teams were very sloppy tonight and the game could have gone either way.

There was a student section? I remember one year in Ypsi my daughter scored two EMU t-shirts that were thrown into the stands. they just laid there for awhile in empty seats until she said "Well, Dad, they're free- I'm gonna go get them."

I don't mean to pick on him, but Crawford just flat out is kiling us at the point. I know your upper classmen have more rope, but Orr has to start playing Clarke and some of the younger guys and sit Crawford down. He's a turnover machine.

Believe it or not there were a few students, maybe 25 or so. That was the student section! Only ones that stood out were the one dressed like a hot dog and the other that was dressed as a spartan with the EMU flag as his cape. However they really had lots of spirit and made lots of noise.

Crawford was not nearly as bad as you are making him out to be. Calhoun was awful with horrible passes and shots. Just did not play a smart game. And we shot 34% from the field. Crawford was not all that bad tonight.

I saw the game on STO and we must have been watching a different game. As a coach, the first time Crawford went up against a big man and got the ball swatted away, I'd put him on the very far end of the bench.

His shot selection is awful, he can't seem to get the concept of team play and he keeps trying to drive against big men. All of his horrible games are against agressive big men. Is he trying to prove something? He's just showing us how really poor a player he is. I'd rather see a freshman make mistakes...at least he is learning.

I watched and listened to the first half while coming back from Mt Pleasant. I saw the last 5 minutes of the first half and all the second half from a sports bar in Lansing. I don't understand all the love Crawford gets from the media. He is too inconsistent. He has now had 17 shots blocked for the year, and most are against bigs. Me constantly drives the lane when he shouldn't. He doesnt have the talent to draw a foul. His turnovers were down last night but he was still responsible for some terrble passing. On 4 occasions he either made a pass down low that ended up being turned over and a few times missed the open man all together. Until he hit the ft at the end of the game he only had 2 pts. Way too inconsistent. He is painful to watch.

This team has no energy. Has no leader and honestly, HAS NO COACH. I am done spending time away from my children by watching this team until we put a worthwhile product on the court. Can't believe I said that. I been a season ticket holder, with my parents since 1978, when I was 7. I will spend time my family and continue supporting our women's team.

It was a very boring game on both ends. I honestly didn't think either team was going to get to 50pts. I'm still shocked that I got a 10 and 7 year old girl to sit through the entire game and tried to cheer the attempt to come back.

Crawford plays with no control....he should play about 15 mins a game. He isn't the only reason we lost, but he doesn't understand how to run an offense.

He's a "shoot first" PG....I hate shoot first PG's. I blame Isaih Thomas (a great player...and a Detroit Piston) for putting the idea in the head of every 6ft and shorter guard that they can be a primary scoring threat. You guys aren't Isaih...you just...aren't. We missed a ton of scoring chances in the second half because our guards aren't looking to feed the post. You have bigs working to get open and by the time our PG's see the opportunity...it's gone.

And that last offensive set going for the tie was atrocious...I don't think anyone knew what the hell they were supposed to be doing on that trip...

And that goes back to coaching. You should have 3 or 4 plays that you constantly work on for end of game situations. A hail merry pass, a play for 6 secs, etc. That last play makes it apparent we don't practice those situations in practice. I have not been to a practice this year but last year I attended a few and neither time did we work on foul shooting. It wasnt part of practice, and it wasnt done before or after practice by the players. When I played ball I would shoot anywhere between 200-300 free throws a day. I really wonder what goes on in practice. I bet the men's and women's practices are complete opposite of each other. The girls are intense and the men's are probably to those in the movie Eddie.
