Ok...here we go. Sure would be great to beat this team. Doing my best BGSU33 imitation, BG is a lousy 1-14 vs the Zips in the last 7 years (just having fun 33!). Freakin eh. BG should have beaten Akron at the Stroh back in Jan.
At any rate, we have another opportunity to make a move in the standings. Hoping to see Thomas light up beyond the arc again...
Hope to be there no later than 6:40...
GO FALCONS

MIke,
I haven't decided whether to get down to AU again, or watch the ladies vs OU on Mac-sports.com/
But if I DO get down to Akron, hopefully I'll beat you there (again).

If Crawford has his usual awesome game where he plays head and shoulders above every point guard who has ever played in the history of the MAC, BG should be close. [Channeling Globe here

If Crawford has more than 12 points or 4 layups blocked we lose. If he has more than 8 assists and a 2:1 ratio we win.

Did you actually do the metrics for that stat?

I have twins coming. I will name them Jordon and Crawford.

Seriously (the first part)? congrats! I think that's a great idea with the names-after all it will be the only way Jordon Crawford will be remembered.

We need a x1 feature on here. You need some cred for that hilarious quip. No twins. Just joking.

Hung with the Roos for the most part but streak continues. 1-15. Looking forward to ending that run in Cleveland.

BG now #6 seed and currently would play CMU at Stroh on the 1st round. We lose tie breaker to Eastern and I don't see us jumping them with us still playing Kent and UB. We have tie breaker over WMU and Toledo so I think we probably will end up with the #6.

You'd think Akron was Kentucky in Zips clothing by the way we simply cannot beat them. We're good for two conference wins each season for them. You know they are our biggest fans for us to try and advance through the MAC Tournament. Them playing us in the semifinals would assure Akron a spot in the title game.

I think Akron and Ohio will come away with the top two seeds. OU just swept UB. I also do not think Akron is the best team in the MAC, no matter if they even win out in the regular season.

Kent State has also had some sort of run like that in the last decade. Meanwhile, BG has had like to winning seasons....
