I don't mind Michael Reghi. Steve Mix on the other hand, is a jackass.

I still like Reghi and I will never understand the hate for him on these boards.

Most especially he's the only announcer who actually seems to ENJOY MAC sports. Unlike the ESPN guys who always have a "Who the eff did we piss off to get this assignment!?" attitude to them.

Sorry, just don't get it. I liked Reghi with the Cavs, and I like him doing MAC games.

Exactly. That's what I was looking to write before, but couldn't find the right words.

Hammb hit it spot on- Reghi has a respect for and enjoys MAC sports and he knows the historical context.

Agree. Like Reghi. Don't like Mix though.

A couple of years ago RRRRRRRReghi filled in for a couple of games for the Reds on Fox. He was absolutely phenomenal at doing baseball. I was stunned. I just wish he'd go back to being bald.

Yeah, I'll give you that. What wears on me is that his comments rarely line up with facts. He speaks with a complete indifference to the truth. That may bother me more than others.

I like Reghi although I must confess I pay almost no attention to play-by-play people and can't tell much difference unless its Vitale, Cosell or Al McGuire. Then I just turn off the sound. As for Mix-well, how can you not LOVE Steve Mix?

I will take Chex Mix or Steve Mix anyday.

Reghi is a schmuck but he DOES know the MAC inside and out and I'll give him credit. I wish they'd get another side kick instead of Mix. Listening to these two slobber over each other is sickening.
