Dollar Night Monday

Dollar night again at the Stroh. This will create a decent crowd. Hats off to the staff for putting this together.
My experience this year at the Stroh has been rather positive. For the most part I have enjoyed myself out there. My biggest disappointments on the floor were seeing the men lose grip on Akron and the women not being able to nail down Purdue. Next year the critics will quiet down and be more concerned about watching basketball than their surroundings.
I must add, the hot dogs at the facility are, as they have been year after year, some of the worst I have ever seen-eaten. Their color resembles that of a leather football that has been left in the yard all winter. Quite honestly how could a person take a family of four to Dollar Night promising them a dog and soda, spending around 30 dollars for such and come away feeling like it was a good deal.
Suggestion: Next year, a Five Dollar Night ticket gets u an decent hot-dog, chips and a soda. Until then, I will continue to go on the cheap with a pack of gum in my pocket. And i think I can venture to say if the food is not upgraded soon there will be wads of gum under many of the seats.
