According to Cleveland State, BG will play them (at Michigan) in the first round of the preseason NIT this fall.

Apparently the NIT is doing regional sites for the early rounds . . . Michigan will play Oakland and BG will play Cleveland State.

Michigan had three players leave yesterday. One was injured all year but came in rather well-regarded, another was Evan Smotrycz, who was their sixth man most of the year and then little used Colton Christian, who was probably better suited for the MAC anyway.

Michigan will be loaded next year, especially if Trey Burke decides to come back

I agree with you on Michigan, OptionQB. I thought Michigan was at least a year ahead of schedule this season with a regular season title. But because they were a year ahead of schedule I picked OU for the upset. OU really is a good team this year but I don't see them beating UNC.

MarkL,

Potentially top 12-15 IF everyone returns. Rivals #3 overall PF Mitch McGary and AAU teammate, five-star small forward Trey Robinson, of the Big Dog Robinson/Purdue family both come in with a SG from prep school rated by Scout at 4 stars Nick Stauskas. Put these guys in place with Burke, Tim Hardaway Jr., Jordan Morgan and a few role players off the bench and the Wolverines will be loaded.
