I would say to either wear all orange or all white as a protest.

Hope they bought some black material to cover the empty seats....Not much of a black out if 2/3 of the building isn't black...

Can't wait too see Crawford fire the guns in his black uniform tonight. Now put Findlay across the front of Erger's jersey and I'm all in.

I'll be wearing the same orange golf shirt I'm wearing right now. Never got into these "color-out" things, but why would we choose a color that isn't even our color scheme!? Odd...
White out, Brown out, Orange out...none of them would affect what I'm going to wear but all would make more sense...
Regardless, I'm actually excited for tonight's game. I know that we've been pretty bad this year with only 2 wins (both coming against DII competition), but I'm still ready for some hoops. Wasn't able to make it to the Lake Erie game nor any of the scrimmages, so this will be my first time to watch the team play. I look forward to really seeing what it is I hate about this program...
Of course I just really enjoy the squeak of the sneakers and the occasional dunk/big play. Too bad Orr leaves me no optimism. And ugh...I'm probably gonna have to watch his no talent kid play 25+ minutes too...

Chauncey Orr is a basketball wizard.
Seriously, can you give a legit take on this team after the game. I have yet to see them on TV and likely won't head up for a game this year. Would love to get a player by player scouting report. Even Parker and Rorie and Gomez if they warmup. Not that you can see a ton from that. Some sort of preview like this would be nice from the actual people who cover the team as well.

You want a report on how guys look in layup drills? My guess is they will look like great team players.

I doubt I'll get out there to watch the warmups, but I'll be sure to post my impressions of the game either tonight or tomorrow. I know a lot of people haven't had the chance to see them play (neither have I) so it'll be nice to get some looks at stuff instead of living through the box scores.

This thread is even more proof of why we NEED to play in a bowl game in football! Dear God please don't let us have to turn focus away from an 8-4 football team to this already....I beg you....give us another several weeks of football before sending us into this.

Don't mind black uniforms. Not sure why people get so up in arms about it. Lots of schools have black unis in different sports, it doesn't mean it's a school color or they're trying to make it a school color. Black unis don't bother me anymore than white unis. It's just a neutral color pretty much. In fact, from what I saw of the online feed I thought they looked pretty good. I'm sure the players like them, kinda cool.

Because, in the normal course of human events, people choose to wear either black or brown, but not both. Just as one should never wear a brown belt and brown shoes with a black suit, the Falcons should never wear black because it necessarily excludes brown.
Black works in the most of the NCAA. If Miami or Ohio U. or Toledo want to do it, it's a little silly, but whatever. Black doesn't clash with red or green or midnight blue or gold.
But black doesn't work in Bowling Green because it means not wearing brown. In fact, it looks like an attempt to *avoid* wearing brown. And that's a problem.

BG chose Adidas. Adidas prefers to use black if possible. Same reason you see little to no brown on the new football uniforms. As for the argument the players love them? Make a new brown alternate uniform with alot of brown accessories, and they would love them too. Adidas doesn't want to do that.
