Fan-Freaking-Tastic!!! A New Sound System in AA!!

The new sound system in Anderson Arena sounded SO MUCH BETTER!!!

Kudos to everyone behind getting this new system up and running! It was like seeing a game in a different venue. For the first time in 20+ years I think I heard EVERYTHING the PA announcer was saying!! The music sounded great too! I can't wait to hear that thing with a packed house!!

I coulnd't agree more

It was simply unbelievable how clear the announcer's voice was during the game. And you could understand what songs they were playing! (No pep band, so it was all recordings.) And it could be that I am just getting old, but it seemed a tad bit too loud. But that is probably just me. Rather have loud, but understandable than ok volume that is a bunch of mush.

I think they were just putting it through its paces. It'll need to be loud when there's a full house in there screaming their lungs out too.

I was thinking that it may have just been relative to how quiet AA last night. So, yes, hopefully on the loud nights it will be perfect.

Great news, I'm glad the new sound system is getting such good reviews. We all know how poor the old sound system was, I'm glad to hear this one is working out well.

By the way that announcer was horrible last night. I couldn't take listing to him anymore. He was pronouncing everything to the T, from '3 point shot' to a bunch of another annoying things. God was it painful!
