Ex players as assistants?

I noticed on another thread that John Floyd is now a referee? I looked up his picture and josh Almanson popped up. He is still playing ball in Europe it seems. Len matela is in Chicago in sales. We know Anthony Stacy is coaching in high school. Beyond these guys and including them what ex players do you think would be solid coaches?

Antonio Daniels?
Kirk Whiteman?
Scott Thomas as an assistant?
Wonder if Steve Merfeld is getting the itch to get back into it?
Last I saw, Steve Watson was the Athletic Director at St. Bonaventure. It would be cool to see him transition into coaching. He would be excellent.

Watson has a daughter who is a freshman at the university this year. You will be seeing him at a few events this year.

The Bonnies on a weekend would be a nice addition to the basketball schedules (M&W). Maybe we can convince him to come back for one game each year.

Are you sure it was THAT John Floyd? I was at the game and while I don't pay much attention to refs I think I would have noticed if one was my favorite Falcon point guard of all time.

The 2013-2014 media guide will be of no help because it does not exist as of now. (The season starts tomorrow.)
There's a 4 page "2013 Prospectus" and a 106 page 2012-2013 media guide linked on the current website.

Once again Lou has put the people paid to cover his program to sleep.

That is simply inexscusable and it cannot be simply on the coaches either.
Why do I continue to spend money on, and care about, this program when they cannot even pretend to do the most basic of things required to field a division 1 hoops team.

I know you don't mean anything by it.... but the term "girls" is considered an insult to women's teams
