Alright, now to clear up the non-sense.

- Holmes, obviously, is 6-8, not 6-10.
- Four inches shorter, Holmes is a far better natural shot blocker than Zeke ever was.
- Holmes is a forward, so it's not useful to compare to Zeke or Kamen. Dan Roundfield or Grant Long would be better comparisons.
- Orr will not rise up off the hot seat because he's no longer ON the hot seat. To be on the hot seat means he'd have a reasonable chance of being renewed.

People are talking about Holmes being POTY next year. I say he has a shot to do it this year. We haven't had a player like Holmes here at BG since the '70s.

I'd like to see Tisdale get more minutes - he could make the all-Freshmen team.

Tisdale has 25 fouls to his 30 points on the season. And nine of those points came against Earlham. He is super athletic and is fairly explosive going to the rim. But he cannot shoot worth a lick, looks lost on defense and makes very late decisions. All understandable for a freshman that is playing decent minutes. But he has a LONG way to go. With increased minutes, I'd guess he'd probably foul out before he made any sort of impact. He's already fouled out of one game and has had two other in which he picked up 4 fouls. Definitely has potential, but no where near all-freshamn caliber.
