Nice win, got to watch the end because you noted it here. I forgot to check the MAC page.

They usually have all of our home games. Another sloppy win but its a win.

Thanks for the reminder. I've been able to watch most games on bcs or whatever. Made my day to be able to watch the last few minutes.

Denny didn't get in, but I assume it was because the game was so close. We essentially played 6 guys today as Gonez played just 4 minutes and Lyshe played only 1. Is Sealey injured again??? He didn't okay today either.

Sealy did not dress. Was on the bench in sweats.

The grind of MAC play will...unfortunately... wear this team completely out

Sealey hurt his ankle late in the game against Xavier. He stayed in to shoot two free throws and then checked out. Hopefully its not so bad.
Just before the half they put Lysch in and took Black out so they had all shooters. that would have been a good time to insert Denney for a few seconds. Same at the end of the game. Maybe after practices full speed for a while they will let him in.

I heard he wasn't medically cleared until only a day or two ago so it makes sense that they'd wait and get him through a few practices before they throw him into meaningful game action. I imagine if we were down 3 in the final seconds we might have seen him... that or put in noted gunner Josh Gomez to make it rain.

I kept waiting for him to be inserted into the lineup. Wow, we have a lot of guys going 35+ minutes all the time. It's like Zach was invisible to our illustrious coach.
I think Tisdale is a liability on the court at the free throw line, and if Denney can break the zone we could be in for a good season.
Good being relative.

I'm surprised this team is 6-5...

I'm surprised too. I knew there was some talent there but I am surprised how well they are winning some tight games. I will say that it feels like the 2006-07 season, or Dakich's last. That team played very well in non-conf including winning tight games. Then MAC play came around and we all saw how thin that team really was. No telling with this team.

We are much more athletic/agressive than last year and the post play has been pretty stellar. Im not a huge MAC basketball follower but I can't imagine many teams will have the post presence we do. Parker-Holmes-Black could (size wise) compare with any frontline in the country.
