...why this upcoming season, we play Ball State and NIU twice but tsun only once? How in the name of Harold Anderson do we only play the rockettes once this year? Should be twice a season, every season. Same goes for the women....

My guess: over the past several decades, both men's programs have been so consistently mediocre that the league sees no reason to maintain the pretension of there still being a rivalry btw the two schools. $.02.

Teams in the MAC play an 18 game league schedule. Being in the East, BG plays everyone in that division twice. BG plays 4 teams in the West once and 2 teams twice. I understand that a computer decides who in the West BG will play. So it will vary from year to year. The women play the same type of schedule. I don't think the coaches particularly like this set-up. It takes away 2 non-conference games. Who knows what the league office will decide in the future.

How about scheduling a non conference game in the years we play tsun only once?
